Talent Acquisition Specialist

Trách nhiệm chính:

Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
External Employer Branding: Build relationships with universities, organize job fairs, webinars, and other recruitment events.
Marketing Collaboration: Support content creation about the company’s culture and people for social media platforms.
Internal Employer Branding: Plan and execute internal events to foster employee engagement and enhance company culture.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 1 year in recruitment or employer branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Event planning and content creation abilities.
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
Mindset: Proactive, creative, and people-oriented.
